There are three ways for our customers to get Ensafer support:
1. Via email
2. Through the built-in support function in Ensafer
3. By visiting our support system at http://support.ensafer.com
By using email, a ticket is automatically created in our support system (cf. point 3), and a return email is sent to the user. It is also possible to use the built-in support function in Ensafer. This opens a screen through which a case can be reported to us. This is also automatically entered into our support system upon sending. The third option is to visit our support system, which is a website containing information and support cases. Here, you can register in order to make it easier to register and follow up on your support cases.
